Biography

Dr. Takamasa Higuchi received his B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Osaka University, Japan, in 2010, 2012, and 2014, respectively. He started his professional carrier as an Assistant Professor at Osaka University, where he lead research projects on mobile computing and networking. From 2014 through 2015, he was also affiliated with the University of California, Los Angeles as a visiting researcher. He joined Toyota in 2016 and has since been leading R&D projects on network simulation, V2X communications, and vehicular cloud computing.
